We are currently hiring for the following positions!
All Clempire Janitorial team members are to act in a way that would uphold the company Mission Statement and Core Values. All team members are to give respect to everyone as well as treat everyone like they would want to be treated and are required to use good judgment in all situations.
For the Cleaning Technician or Cleaner position, we expect this person to achieve the high standard of clean lined out for each customer each time on every job. The Cleaner will commit to be at each shift on time and ready to work for every assigned shift and put in the appropriate effort to accomplish all tasks effectively and efficiently.
The Cleaner will look for ways to keep our customers happy with our service. If a customer has recently had some negative feedback, the Cleaner will take dramatic action to ensure we exceed their expectations immediately. Team members work by themselves or with others or the customers, so we must always present ourselves with a professional attitude and appearance.

For the position of Floor Technician (FT) we expect the highest level of quality to be achieved on every floor job. Each FT is required to be knowledgeable and efficient in every type of floor cleaning: Strip & Wax, Scrub & Recoat, Tile & Floor Scrubbing, Floor Buffing, Carpet Cleaning, and Final Clean/Construction Cleaning. The FT must not only be capable of handling all floor equipment and processes but look for more efficient ways to operate to accomplish the tasks needed to complete the job in a timely manner with the utmost quality.
The Floor Technician must be able to communicate well with superiors and other team members as well as explain the service to the customer and answer any questions they may have. The FT must provide excellent customer service by being prompt to the job, start and finish the job on time, wear appropriate uniform, and speak cordially with a smile.
Floor Technicians are also expected to help in other areas of the business to assist with the appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness of our regular customer buildings. This may include floor work, supply and/or equipment delivery, and other cleaning duties assigned by management.

For the position of Super Team, we expect this person to set the standard of the highest level of quality, which is to be achieved each time on every job whether cleaning, filling in, delivering supplies, and other tasks. This position is an integral part of our team and will report directly to management.
The Super Team member will look for ways to keep our customers happy with our service. If a customer has recently had some negative feedback, the Super team member will take dramatic action onsite to ensure we exceed their expectations immediately. The Super Team member must be detail oriented and self-motivated to handle issues as they arise and report back to management.
The Super Team member must be able to spread our company culture. Find the positive! Encourage improvement.

For the position of Janitorial Supervisor, we expect a high-quality service to be performed on every project or regularly recurring customer job. The Janitorial Supervisor must be knowledgeable of all services and able to assist the manager onsite, lead a group of team members, order and deliver appropriate quantities of supplies, be knowledgeable and adhere to proper safety procedures with correct equipment, and skills to accomplish the tasks needed to complete the tasks in a timely manner.
The Janitorial Supervisor must be able to communicate well to explain the services to each of our team members and potentially the customer and answer any questions they may have. The Janitorial Supervisor must ensure that we provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all team members are prompt to the job, start and finish the job to the customer’s specifications within budgeted time, wear appropriate uniform, speak cordially with a smile, and have the correct supplies and equipment for the project.
All Clempire Janitorial team members are to act in a way that would uphold the company Mission Statement and Core Values. All team members are to give respect to everyone as well as treat everyone like they would want to be treated and are required to use good judgment in all situations.
For the position of Area Manager, we expect this person to set the standard of the highest level of quality, which is to be achieved each time on every job whether cleaning or inspecting. This position is an integral part of our team and will report directly to management.
The Area Manager will look for ways to keep our customers happy with our service. If a customer has recently had some negative feedback, the Area Manager will take dramatic action onsite to ensure we exceed their expectations immediately. The Area Manager must be detail oriented and self-motivated to handle issues as they arise and be able to direct our team must be able to train or retrain team members to accomplish the quality job and be within budget.
The Area Manager must be able to spread our company culture while effectively delivering all feedback to the team effectively and positively. Encourage improvement and efficiency in every area of the business operations. Many team members work by themselves regularly, so the AM must be able to go in and listen and help with a fresh set of eyes on each office.
The Area Manager must have strong communication skills in both written (text & email) and verbal communication. The AM must have very strong emotional intelligence: how to listen, interpret, and respond to the other’s verbal and non-verbal communication effectively. The AM is to encourage all communication to be logged in Slack for the other team members to be able to follow and understand what is going on. This must be led by example.
